I am extremely disappointed with PRISM+’s after-sales service and overall product quality.
I reported a clear defect — dust trapped inside the screen panel — within 24 hours of delivery, on a brand-new unit. This is not an external or environmental issue, and it is not something that can occur under normal consumer use. Internal dust indicates a manufacturing or assembly flaw, yet PRISM+ chose to classify it as an “environmental factor” and deny responsibility.
What is most disappointing is not just the defect itself, but the way the case was handled. There was no thorough technical assessment, no genuine effort to understand the root cause, and the issue was dismissed quickly despite the clear timeline and evidence. For a company positioning itself as a reputable brand, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable.
When a customer reports a defect almost immediately after delivery, the expectation is accountability and proper resolution — not deflection. This experience has seriously undermined my confidence in PRISM+’s product quality and customer support standards.
I would strongly caution potential buyers to reconsider, especially if after-sales service and quality assurance matter to you.
