This is a long story which start from year 2019 when I won 144HZ version PRISM+ F270i PRO from Lazada but I still using my old monitor so I didn't use it. This year June my old monitor suddenly spoil therefore I open PRISM+ F270i PRO to use and found out there bubble on the screen it may due long time seal inside box. I email PRISM+ support team about this issue, one week to two week confirm about my issue they agree of 1 to 1 exchange as it still under warranty. The best thing is I getting the 165HZ version as they don't have the 144HZ version anymore. Is a big upgrade to me as there is Game Mode which older 144HZ version doesn't have. Redesign GUI monitor menu easier navigation and higher refresh rate for smooth game play. After1 to 1 exchange the support team still email me to check if everything is when well great support team service.
First of all I would like to thank Jaye and Ted for the continued support through the entire process. The customer service experience alone is worth a five star rating, you can shop with confidence knowing that there is such a wonderful support team. They were very efficient and patient in dealing with the issues I had encountered. With their support the exchanged monitor came in great with no problems with the display as far as my eyes can see. The monitor is also very easy to setup <10min.

IPS, 27",1440p is perfect. So much more screen real estate than 1080p. Color and brightness is amazing too.
At first was reluctant to buy this monitor as i dont play online games. Because of the specs and amazing price, this definitely is a good if not a best buy!
