First of all I would like to thank Jaye and Ted for the continued support through the entire process. The customer service experience alone is worth a five star rating, you can shop with confidence knowing that there is such a wonderful support team. They were very efficient and patient in dealing with the issues I had encountered. With their support the exchanged monitor came in great with no problems with the display as far as my eyes can see. The monitor is also very easy to setup <10min.
Last but not least I would also like to thank the delivery personnel Jace and Azhari for their fast delivery.
At first was reluctant to buy this monitor as i dont play online games. Because of the specs and amazing price, this definitely is a good if not a best buy!

Thank you Mr Ted, Mr Lester and Mr Angelo and the Prism+ Team including the delivery man. My flat 1440p F270i PRO 165 arrives to my house with no issues. No dead pixels, no bright pixels, no stuck pixels, very tolerable backlight in the dark room and minimal ips glow. Love my F270i PRO. I'm very happy again. It's bright, vibrant, colourful and great. Bright and dark contrast is excellent to me. Totally recommended. Great for Blueray/4k/2k/1080p/etc. movies and YouTube videos in my dark room. Great for games like RDR2 and GTA5 and CSGO and Warzone and Tarkov and Cyberpunk and Elite Dangerous and SOTTR and Doom Eternal and etc. HDR works great and it is GSync compatible for my NVidia card. It has freesync too. I dont do photo/video productions so I can't comment.
Initially the first monitor that came had dead pixels and I contacted the team for a replacement. The customer service was really efficient and helpful as they got back to me the next day and answered all my enquiries.
The exchange of monitors was done pretty smoothly and the monitor came with no dead pixels. Top-notch service.
