My aircon shopping journey with prism has been extremely smooth sailing. From the initial visit at the Suntec store where the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the product, to the purchase (with all the additional discounts and free gifts piled up), the communication with the customer service team over delivery of both the aircon as well as the tv free gift to post sales customer service when I had additional queries-

The call centre crews and the crews who came to fix up the aircon condenser unit and fan coil unit all did a great job! The call centre are able to answer very clearly whatever enquiries that was raised to them and arrangement made to dismantle and fix up the new aircon was a smooth. The workers fixed up 3 units (9k 9k 24k) from 10am to 5pm! I thought that was very efficient! The workers were really helpful to cover up furnitures in the living room that were near to the big aircon unit. It will be nice if they cover up those in the rooms too. Overall, very satisfied with the services provided!
