The installation of the additional aircon insulation (3/4" Armaflex Class "O") was done superbly. The workmanship was neat, precise, and showed great attention to detail. Everything was installed securely and professionally, giving me complete confidence in the quality of the work.
What impressed me the most was their excellent housekeeping. Throughout the installation, they took great care to keep my home clean and tidy. Overall satisfied with Prism service throughout the purchasing. Really worth the money. Recommended. But the sub contractor was not really good as their not from Prism. Got some hiccups during the installation but small issue that i dont mind with it.
Efficient installation and fast too! Really happy that it cools living room really well and is very quiet. Highly recommend!!!
