Predatory Upselling The installer scared me into paying $150 for a new door closer, claiming my old one would spoil the lock. The new one you sold me is stiff, loud, and incredibly hard to open. My family has to physically fight the door to enter. I feel cheated into buying inferior hardware I didn't need.
CONCLUSION I wanted to make my family's life better. Instead, you have made it miserable.

Great product. Slim and installation time was short. Free installation by Prism. Only complaint was that the installer told me he's reaching in 30mins but ended up coming 3 hours later.

Function as it is. But setting it up may need sometime to get it right. Installer came in more than 2 hour late though and disrupt other cleaning service plan.
