Installation was another highlight. My installer, Ibaq, was sincere, punctual, and clearly took pride in his work. His attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and memorable.

Predatory Upselling The installer scared me into paying $150 for a new door closer, claiming my old one would spoil the lock. The new one you sold me is stiff, loud, and incredibly hard to open. My family has to physically fight the door to enter. I feel cheated into buying inferior hardware I didn't need.
