Very good buying experience from purchase till installation. I was able to use back my existing wall bracket and the refund for the wall mount was promptly settled.
As for the Tv itself, generally is ok except for the backlight bleeding/IPS glow (see third picture). Disappointed to see them for a brand new set. According to the FAQ on their support website, it often occurs on IPS panel and there is no way to completely negate backlight bleeding and IPS glow.
Also for some functionalities such as watching free-to-air channels and Bluetooth connectivity, will need to use the pre installed apps.
I am satisfied with this purchase. Good product.
