Who would’ve thought that the process of buying a tv can be this smooth.
Literally next day delivery, they’re super customer service oriented and their team work is amazing. People can easily buy a projector but I chose to buy tv from Prism+, not because those influencers kept advertising, but partly because it’s made locally and trust me the kinda service they offer from placing order to delivering and after sales are way better, than those large retail home appliances chained outlets.
Recently, my 50-inch Samsung smart tv suddenly blacked out (“poof!”) while watching horror podcast on Youtube🫢😋. Since then, life without a smart tv has been nothing but peculiar. My daughter & I felt lost (drama☺️). Spent quite sometime deciding on the next tv for our living area. The idea of getting a bigger screen came to mind. Few days later, we visited Prism+ outlet in NEX and Haz, who’s pretty helpful, patient and easy-going, walked us through demos on various selection of Prism+ smart tvs…making our experience at and with Prism+ fun-filled journey. And so we decided on Prism+ U65 Mini Led set. Delivery was made on 16 May and we’ve been enjoying the newfound experience with our first Prism+ smart tv since!
