Love the monitor, however I feel like I should have gotten the curved instead. This flat monitor is great though. The brightness, color contrast, just wow. Shines my world oh so bright. Love it! I also would like to specifically thank Helen the CSO for assisting me with my delivery due to I was not in Singapore. She followed up with me and went the extra mile to check after the delivery is completed. Thanks Helen, it would not have been a smooth delivery without your kind arrangements.

Bought a Prism Monitor as I needed a second monitor to work with my existing Prism monitor with dual stealth arm. Delivery was prompt but realised the monitor size was alot smaller than expected upon sighting of product.
Not a big fan of the strict return policy as product was unused and only the outer packaging was opened to sight the product. Customer service would only emphasis on the strict return policy. Would advise future buyers to consider getting another model instead.
On a bright side, learnt that could get better deals off platforms like carousell as many would face similar issue.
Initially, I was reserved about wanting to buy an external monitor. But after hearing reviews from online and friends, I decided to purchase. The price is cheap and it was easy to setup with the arc stealth with the monitor. The W260U is ultimate for having multiple windows at a time. I used to have difficulty toggle for more than 2 windows open at a time. Now with this, it is much easier. With the wider screen, I do not need to have to strain my eyes.
Bought my first Prism X340 Pro awhile back for my gaming needs and now need one more additional portrait monitor for my work needs! And I have to say Prism+ has never fail to impress! Not just with their amazing bang for bucks products but also their customer service! Respond from them was fast and delivery was fast too!
