I was looking in the market for a mount to hold my laptop and my monitor and prism is still one of my preferred choice with no regrets. The product is very solid . Only issue I had during setup was adjusting the height as I need to loosen the screw and that will loosen the spring and allow me to adjust to my wanted height. The only issue is the catalogue stated not to screw too tight and the spring will break hence wasn't comfortable to loosen the screw as I'm afraid it will break. Hence your catalogue need to have better indication to screw on the - side and loosen the spring to freely adjust the height so that your customers can understand what to do. I contacted the customer service and the response was fast but managed to settle on my own but it took quite a while. Other than that this product is perfect.
