First time purchasing Prism+ TV, heard many good and bad reviews but decided to try out personally. Customer service officer called me to arrange for delivery and there are lots of emails updates on my delivery status and delivery and installation guys are helpful and knowledgeable. I bought this for my mom because her old Sony TV broke down. She didn't want me to spend a lot. With this in mind, I browsed through Lazada for a good but inexpensive 55inch TV. Without much expectation for a sub $600 DLED TV, we were both surprised at the luminance of the display in bright daylight! And installation of our usual Android apps was a bliss via my Google account on my mobile. Despite noting a review that the TV booted up slowly, we beg to differ. It takes a mere minute to do so. With a 3-year onsite warranty, we are also rest assured by PRISM's, - our very own Singaporean brand - confidence of its products.
All in all, we are very happy indeed with our purchase and will not hesitate to recommend it to our family and friends.

The new TV was setup by GBK5156T Aizat. He's very courteous and experienced and patiently answered my queries. He also setup the TV professionally by using back the wall-mount brackets on the TV console, saving me to purchase a new wall-mount bracket. Appreciate his work.
