Purchased a PG240 (my first ever monitor) and it was one of the best decisions due to its clear graphics and decent price. I encountered a faulty monitor and contacted prism+ via the online chat. Joyce (the support officer) replied very promptly and offered to have a 1-1 exchange with me (decision was made really quickly). The exchange took place 2-3 days after at my delivery address. Joyce also followed up with me via email, after the exchange date, to check if the new monitor is working well. Very grateful for this thoughtful service! :)
