I ordered the fan with the shorter blades but after installation, realised that due to the high ceiling and the larger size of my room, the longer blades would have been more suitable. Prism’s very accommodating installers immediately arranged for a swap! I am impressed beyond words, these kind of service are really exceptional! Thanks you Prism! I am glad I decided this purchase, 46 in Prism+ Ceiling Fan Standard after checking various similar fans. Salesperson Ms Anna at Junction 8 showroom was helpful & identified appropriate options for my needs. Installation was quick, performance meets my requirements for the dining area & reasonable price. Ease of use, quiet, good airflow.
During an IT show, I came across Prism+ fans being displayed. During the sales consultation, I learned a lot from a part-time staff member who patiently explained the fan’s functions and where to find cheaper options on platforms like the Prism+ website and TikTok. The fan, priced at less than S$200, impressed me with its light function, strong speed, and silent operation at higher speeds. I’m now considering purchasing more Prism+ electronic items for my home in the future due to their affordability and effectiveness.
It is 1st time I am installing a ceiling fan at my home. I was glad to have chosen PRISM+ Oasis Smart Ceiling Fan. The process from the point of ordering to having it installed was very pleasant and smooth. I was particularly impressed by the phone support when I had difficulty getting the phone app to work. The support personnel, Chen, was very helpful and patient in guiding me through the trouble shooting and set up process. If only all other phone technical support personnel in other companiea were like Chen.....The fan was very easy to use and I love the smart features where I can control the lighting, fan speed and even a timer to stop the fan after a few hours. I am glad that I have made the right choice to purchase this fan.
